ESN Breaks into the Top 200 Hispanic Business Magazine's Largest Companies

ARLINGTON, VA (July 7, 2009) – Engineering Services Network Inc. (ESN), a trusted leader in engineering and technology solutions based in Arlington, Va., moved into the top tier ranking of the largest 500 Hispanic-owned businesses in the United States.

Hispanic Business magazine ranked ESN No. 199 of the Top 500 owned Hispanic businesses in the U.S. with $26.4 million in revenue.

That is up from last year’s ranking of 238.

ESN, a small, service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) company, was also ranked for the second year in a row as the 12th largest Virginia firm on the annual list.

“ESN is especially proud to be among the top 200 largest Hispanic-owned companies in the country during these economic times, ” said ESN CEO and President Raymond F. The 27th Hispanic Business 500 list has been a barometer of the U.S. Hispanic economy. Hispanic Business Editor and Publisher Jesus Chavarria said while this recession has been bad, the HB 500 managed to post an increase in total sales. In 2007, he noted, the 500 posted revenue of $36.13 billion, compared with $36.15 billion in 2008, amounting to an increase of 0.1 percent.
