ESN Ranks Among 100 Fastest-Growing Defense Contractors in U.S. in Inc. Magazine's Inaugural List

ARLINGTON, VA (Sept. 6, 2007) – Inc. magazine in its September issue named Engineering Services Network Inc. (ESN) of Arlington, VA, among the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the country – and among the top 100 fastest-growing private defense contractors in the U.S.

In its debut list, Inc. ranked ESN No. 65 among the 100 fastest-growing private defense contractors in the U.S. The Inc. 5,000 list, available at http://www.inc.com/inc5000 is a brand new expansion of the magazine’s most successful franchise, the Inc. 500 list.

According to the magazine, ESN and other members of the Inc. 5,000 represent “the backbone of the economy, and while they may not produce the gazelle-like growth required to make the Inc. 500, their growth is impressive nonetheless.” Founded in 1995, ESN grew 70 percent – from $12.8 million in 2003 to $21.9 million in 2006.

ESN also ranked No. 3,815 among the top 5,000 fastest growing private companies in all categories of business. In June, ESN ranked among the top 500 Hispanic-owned businesses in the U.S.
