ESN has implemented a customer and performance focused QMS that is independently certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
Our QMS ensures that performance is delivered consistent with the requirements of the contract/task/delivery order and with the expectations of the customer. A central component of the QMS is the mandate to develop Project Plans for every effort that ESN undertakes. The plan documents all project requirements and establishes measurable metrics for tracking and evaluation of performance criteria. During this planning phase our task managers identify potential innovative approaches, efficiencies and economies that can be implemented to provide cost savings while ensuring that best practices are maintained.
