ESN is committed to providing exceptional developmental processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality performance.  We have implemented customer-centric Quality Management Systems (QMS) certified by independent audit.  ESN has achieved ISO 9001:2000 registration in March 2002, ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 9001:2008 in 2010, and we are assessed Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 2 (ML2) for development and have employees with LEAN SIX SIGMA certifications. ESN's certifications and assessments, (i.e., ISO 9001:2008, CMMI Maturity Level 2 and ITIL) highlight our dedication to enact industry-best standards and proven, repeatable practices, and highlight our dedication to QMS and continual process improvement.

Our QMS ensures that performance is delivered consistent with the requirements of the contract/task/delivery order and with the expectations of the customer. A central component of the QMS is the mandate to develop Project Plans for every effort that ESN undertakes. The plan documents all project requirements and establishes measurable metrics for tracking and evaluation of performance criteria. During this planning phase our task managers identify potential innovative approaches, efficiencies and economies that can be implemented to provide cost savings while ensuring that best practices are maintained.

QMS Overview

Independent surveillance audits are conducted annually  to ensure ESNs QMS System continues to comply with the requirements of the standard. In October 2012 the fourteenth surveillance audit, conducted by an independent auditor, was successfully completed

Our QMS program ensures performance is delivered consistent with the requirements of the contract, task, delivery order and customer expectations.

Central components of the QMS program are Customer Satisfaction and Continual improvement. With emphasis placed here, innovative approaches, efficiencies and economies can be implemented to provide cost savings while ensuring best practices are maintained.
