Acquisition Management

 ESN provides a complete range of business management and financial planning for large-scale system development and acquisition programs. ESN supports Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Systems Engineering Directorate (SEA 05), providing a wide range of technical, analytical, and advisory functions that encompass the three major phases of the multi-year programming and budgeting processes, including program/budget formulation, presentation, and execution as those functions relate to three politically and dynamic Acquisition Category I (ACAT I) programs.
