 ESN supports programs/systems acquisition, financial planning, analysis, and budget execution tasks as well as comprehensive, shipboard combat systems maintenance. ESN Supports Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division providing Air Dominance Technical, Engineering and Logistics Support Services to the NSWC PHD Air Dominance Department.
